Pricing depends on scope. Well-defined projects are typically quoted as a fixed fee following a scoping conversation; ongoing or evolving work may be structured as time-and-materials or a retainer. You receive a clear, written proposal before any work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope, from a few weeks for a focused automation or chatbot build to several months for larger software or transformation engagements. Every proposal includes a realistic timeline before work starts.
How is our data and information kept secure?
Confidentiality is a standard part of every engagement, and security best practices are applied to any systems we build or access. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information submitted through this site is handled.
Do we need to already understand AI to work with Amari Gold?
No. Most clients start with limited AI experience. Part of our role is translating what AI can realistically do for your specific business into plain terms, and being direct when AI is not the right tool for a given problem.
Can you build custom software, or only advise?
Both. Engagements can range from advisory-only work to full end-to-end delivery of custom software, automation, or AI systems, depending on what you need.
What happens after a project is delivered — is there support?
Delivered systems include documentation and a handover process. Ongoing support and maintenance arrangements are available and are agreed as part of, or following, the initial engagement.
Do you work with cloud infrastructure we already have, or only new setups?
Both. We commonly work within existing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments, and can also design new infrastructure where none exists yet.
