SVR availability and recovery procedures are subject to the applicable service terms, active subscription status, vehicle/device eligibility and operational requirements. Insurance requirements vary by insurer and policy. Customers should confirm their insurer's specific tracking requirements before purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I own my tracking device?

Yes. Tracking hardware purchased from Amari Gold belongs to the customer, subject to the applicable purchase and warranty terms.

Am I locked into a 36-month contract?

No. Standard Amari Gold tracking subscriptions are month-to-month and do not require a 36-month minimum commitment.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Customers may cancel their tracking subscription by providing 30 days' notice, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Can I track multiple vehicles?

Yes. Customers can manage multiple vehicles, with fleet solutions available for businesses operating multiple vehicles.

Can you install the device?

Professional installation is available where applicable. Installation should preferably be performed by a suitably qualified/certified auto electrician.

Is SVR included?

SVR is included with the Pro, Fleet and Rugged tracking packages. SVR is not included with the Essential package.

Can I add engine immobilisation?

Engine immobilisation is available for compatible Pro, Fleet and Rugged installations. It is not supported by the Essential package.

Can I add Driver ID?

Driver ID is available on compatible Fleet and Rugged devices. It is not supported by the Essential or Pro packages.

Can I access my tracking from my phone?

Yes. Customers can access the Amari Gold tracking platform through supported web browsers and compatible devices.
